Details

We have overall connection load being monitored in the CloudAMQP control panel, but it might be helpful to have per-user monitoring as well.  A warning email could be sent out if a user has more than X connections.  I'm not sure what X should be, but we could look at current usage to get an idea.

This is not something actively causing issues, but a feature to consider if/when it becomes more important.
