Details
Steps to reproduce: 1. Load http://www.cs.hmc.edu/~jruderma/s/. 2. Focus the content area by (a) clicking the content area (b) typing ctrl+L, tab (c) typing tab, shift+tab 3. Alt+2 to jump to the bugzilla search form. Result: with (a), works fine. With (b) or (c), leaves dotted border around content area. 4. Press tab. Result: with (a) or (b), works fine. With (c), iinstead of focusing the next link, "Dictionary", it focuses the first link, "Google" (as if the content area itself still had focus). Why do (b) and (c) result in different states?

Step 4 works fine for me now in all cases, but I still see the problem where the dotted border around the content area doesn't go away after step 3.

Yes, I examed it and found that 2.(a) 2.(b) does not work well neither. The dotted border is still around the content area.
