129890 - After completing search, window will not sort by sender properly

1)  Searched Trash for multiple messages, using quite a few criteria (don't know
if that matters)

2)  On found items, select sort by sender.  Do this before sorting by any other
field, watch sender not be sorted properly.

3)  Hit sort by sender again, watch messages rearranged, but still not be sorted
properly.

5)  Hit sort by Subject, watch messages sort properly by subject.

7)  Hit sort by sender, watch messages sort properly by sender.

What build are you using?
Did you do the search by the simple search bar in the main mail window or use
the "Advanced" Search Messages (menu item Search|Search Messages)?

Have the same or a similar bug:
1. open mail client
2. select any folder (for example:de.comm.software.mozilla)
3. Input "Subject or Sender contains" a sender name
   (*not* advanced search !)

expected result: all senders containing string will be listed
actual result (!! means unexpected":

                     Language             Language 
search for           "german" selected    "US" selected
Wolfgang             !! no result         all senders with "Wolfgang" listed
Bauer                !! no result         sender "Wolfgang Bauer" listed
Wolfgang B           !! no result         sender with  "Wolfgang B" listed
Bauer Wolfgang       no result            no result 

In all my revs 097, 098, 099 I can  
- switch the bug ON  by change to "german language"
- switch the bug OFF by change to "US"
(select in "preferences/apperance)

Can anyone decide whether this is a separate bug ?

any connection to bug 81017, bug 81098, bug 128448 ?
