Tested on Mac OS X 10.10, Windows 7 x32, Ubuntu 16.04 x64.


[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the attached file in Firefox Nightly 51.
2. Go and click "Start" from the third iFrame. Share your selected devices. 
3. Refresh the page.
4. Repeat again steps 2 and 3.

[Expected result]:

Page is refreshed and you can click on "Start", camera starts capturing.

[Actual result]:

"Start" button is inactive and can't be clicked.

I can't reproduce, but the "Start" button is part of the test page, not of Firefox, so if there's a problem with it, it's likely an issue of the testpage.

I tested with Chrome and Safari and there it works as expected, I used the same test page, so I don't think there is a problem with the test page.
