STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1) Load http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=56505&action=view
2) Look at the <button> on the left in the last row
EXPECTED RESULTS: The "I" is centered on the button
ACTUAL RESULTS: The "I" is left-aligned on the button

New testcase. Old testcase was invalid and not well-formed, and didn't
demonstrate problem.
Reconfirmed using FizzillaCFM/2002083017. Setting All/All.
