(Not Facebook itself) The issue is common on all pages that use the FB comment block. Expected results: Spell check should be active and I've tested Chrome for a comparison and it is active in Chrome.

Aha Works for me if I do *not* logged in Facebook. Spellcheck is disabled if I logged in Facebook. And Google Chrome also disable spellcheck if I logged in Facebook. So, It is a bug in the Facebook Comments Plugin than a bug in Firefox.
