User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:48.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/48.0 Build ID: 20160818000000 Steps to reproduce: 1. Start Thunderbird. 2. Open a web page with email link in a web browser. 3. Click the link. Actual results: A new email editing window appears but behind the web browser window. Expected results: The new email editing window should be in front of web browser and have the focus.
Can be reproduced on: Thunderbird 45.2, openSUSE 42.1 x64, KDE 5 Plasma desktop. Thunderbird 45.2, Ubuntu 16.04 x64, Unity dekstop. However, if I didn't start Thunderbird before clicking email links, the new window will get focus.
Guo, Are you suggesting this didn't happen in version 38? Does it happen in version 52?
Summary: When click email link in web browser, email editor window does not get focus → When click email link in web browser, email editor window does not get focus (opensuse)
I have this problem in 45.2. I think I don't have it in version 38 or earlier. Also, I don't have it in new version 52. Maybe it should be marked as fixed or invalid now.
