User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.11; rv:48.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/48.0 Build ID: 20160817112116 Steps to reproduce: The boxes above provide shell accounts. A couple of the users are connecting to Mozilla's IRC. Actual results: IRC seems to have a connection limit. Users are complaining about not being able to connect to Mozilla's IRC. Expected results: The connection limit should be raised for the mentioned IPs.
