Steps to reproduce:

Go https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi#h=bugForm%7CFirefox

Type in some content.

Click "Change" after product name (Firefox in this case).


Actual results:

It immediately went to product selection page. 


Expected results:

It should give you a warning since it will lose all your data. Or better, users should be able to change products without losing all the inputs.

Done.

The only place where to enter content is the top field saying "Search by product and component".

There is not "Change" on https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi#h=bugForm%7CFirefox

I suspect that the reporter is seeing the guided bug form. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?format=guided#h=dupes|Firefox|

This is an annoying behavior and I can confirm what you describe. 

In the next quarter we're planning on redesigning the bug entry page. Currently there are 2 variations and one of those has sub-variations. This is why Andre was confused by your bug in fact!

In light of that, I'm going to mark this bug as a P5. It is possible someone may want to fix it ahead of the architectural changes to the bug entry form (although this might be a waste, unless someone has a really clever/simple fix)
but for my team it wouldn't be a judicious use of time.

Yeah, it's the guided bug form. And I am not sure about if the product should be Bugzilla or bugzilla.mozilla.org as well.
