Steps to reproduce:
Using Gmail with beta 49.0b10 icons at top not appearing irl title is appearing always fails
Expected results:
icon should have appeard

Do they return when you refresh the page?
Yes, when I did a refresh on the page they did appear. Signed out, signed back in and problem went away, strange!
