Steps to reproduce:
I opened Thunderbird
It came up ith no folders ie all blank
I closed Thunderbird
I opened it again
It opened properly.

Expected results:
see above
This happened twice today.
This is the first time that I closed and opened Thunderbird after upgrading to 49.0 Beta

Does this reproduce if you start thunderbird in safe mode?

Sorry for the delay in answering your question.
I am very nervous about it coming up empty so I wanted to wait until I needed to reboot.
I tried starting Thunderbird in Safe mode and it worked.
I then closed it and started it up normally and it worked as well.

what addons (extensions) do you have installed?

I have 2 enabled: Theme Font and Size Changer and Saved Password Editor.

Thanks for the info. Theme Font and Size Changer has been causing problems. You'll want to get a newer version
