Description

We used to generate nslib.c in mozilla/security/nss/lib/fortcrypt/swfort.
So we have a .cvsignore file in that directory, with a single line that
says "nslib.c".

Now we generate this file as $(OBJDIR)/nslib.c, so the .cvsignore file
is no longer needed. In fact, it prevents me from detecting that I
have a leftover nslib.c in the source tree.

I suggest that we cvs remove this .cvsignore file.
