Details
We've got some Very Old platform deprecation rules in Balrog to deal with Windows 98, really old GTK versions, and other long-desupported things. Currently, these are all defined as product-less (but not channel-less) rules. This can be confusing when looking at GMP or System Addon rules, as these deprecation rules don't make sense in that context. At the time they were added we only had Firefox in Balrog. These days, these rules would apply to Firefox, Thunderbird, and possibly SeaMonkey in the near future.
Despite having channels defined, all of these rules contain the exact same OS' to block, so I think we could simply replace these rules with one rule per product. This would reduce the total rules, and get them out of view for products where they don't make sense.
