I teach online. Three to four times a day, when I'm working in one of the online platforms such as Blackboard, my web page just goes black. I have to close Firefox and re-log into the page.

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:48.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/48.0 Build ID: 20160823121617 Steps to reproduce: I close the web page and log back into Blackboard or the other learning platforms. Actual results: Page reopens fine. After a while, it will go black again as I'm working, and I have to close the web page again and re-log in.
