It would be good to show a notification somewhere on the screen when there are comments stored offline and that have not been submitted to the server. Ideas for placement: - Floated right in the top green "You have a pending review" bar. - Floated bottom right of the entire screen.

I think this is exactly where it should go. It's the current indicator for draft information existing, so it seems like a good place to add the offline indicator. > - Floated bottom right of the entire screen. There is precedence for notifications going here (like when a review request you are viewing has been updated, or a new review added), but I think your earlier suggestion makes more sense for this specific feature.
