ordinal_bugs is a decorated version of bugs, with the only addition of the ordinal bug number for that specific bug filer.
Points: --- → 1
Priority: -- → P1
This is now done. The new table is already available on re:dash under the name `bug_order`. It has only 2 columns, one is the bug `id` and the other one is `rank`, which indicates the ordinal number of that bug for the user who filed it. The table doesn't show up yet in the sidebar because of some stale cache. :robotblake should be able to flush it.

The new table is now visible in the sidebar of the `new query` interface.
