# Description
  When I watched a HD video (No audio track) and then switched to the other tabs which also contained HD video. Switching tabs can see a blank video screen and sometimes encountered heavy delay.

# Steps to reproduce
  01. Launch Firefox browser, and then watch a 1080P video (No audio track) on youtube
  02. Open a new tab, and then watch a 1080P video (No audio track) on youtube for 10 seconds
  03. Switch to the first tab and check the video quality

# Actual result:
  A blank video screen shows on webpage and sometimes encounters heavy delay

# Expected Result:
  Video can be smoothly played
