1301660 - Issues using opentokrtc on several Android devices

[Affected versions]:
- Firefox 48.0
- latest Developer Edition 50.0a2
- latest Nightly 51.0a1

[Affected platforms]:
- Asus ZenPad 8 Android 5.0.2

[Steps to reproduce]:
Prerequisites:
- Asus ZenPad 8 and Desktop in different networks.

1. Visit https://opentokrtc.com/ and create a room
2. Join the room on Asus ZenPad 8 and on desktop side using any latest version of Firefox.

[Expected result]:
- Conversation has no issues displaying video and audio.

[Actual result]:
- Conversation does not start (in the room it shows that there are two people but you can see only yourself), or conversation does go through but suffers from huge delays between video and audio.

[Regression range]:
- Since it reproduces even in Firefox 48 it's not a recent regression, this needs more investigation to determine if it is a regression or not.

[Additional notes]:
- Works on a Samsung Note 3 (Android 5.0) and on a Nexus 6 (Android 6.0.1), Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 (Android 5.1).
- I did not encounter issues on a conversation in the same network between Android and Desktop, different networks are required to reproduce.

Probably is good to mention that I also tried a call between same Asus ZenPad 8 and Mac OS X and Windows 10 64bit using appear.in and there were no issues recorderd.

We found the same issue with devices: HTC 10 (Android 7.0.1)and Motorola Nexus 6 (Android 7.0) on latest Nightly build (11-09). 
Platforms: Windows 10 and Ubuntu 16.04.
