I am looking into some slow minor GCs, and it seems like it would be helpful to dump out what is getting tenured on these slow ones.
r?terrence instead of jonco since I think I probably missed jonco before he left for PTO.

Maybe this should be called JS_GC_REPORT_TENURING or something. And there's no fundamental reason to make this depend on JS_GC_PROFILE_NURSERY; perhaps I should make it separate?
