User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:48.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/48.0 Build ID: 20160728204513 Steps to reproduce: 1) Clicked "login button" on about:preferences?entrypoint=menupanel#sync 2) Filled in credentials Actual results: A page asking me for confirming my email was show with button in English instead of my locale (cs). Also, in the email sent in this step is one unlocalized string. (see attachments) Expected results: All strings should be localized. They are translated for quite a long time on Pontoon, not sure if it is synced with repo correctly https://pontoon.mozilla.org/cs/firefox-accounts/all-resources/?string=154325 https://pontoon.mozilla.org/cs/firefox-accounts/all-resources/?search=open
Thanks for the report Tomáš! Sorry for this, it looks like a dependency problem on our side. The current production FxA (train-68) imports fxa-content-server-l10n sha 577f89e9a97a6b7de8d0bdd7ad3ce4a59e29a416, from July 24th, before the string was translated. Train-69 uses 5c31d1bf2618c55e73a25c9def8d93b9d7e79e22 from Sept 7th. I just tested stage to see if the problem went away on its own but unfortunately I still see the untranslated string. :jrgm, which sha of the auth-mailer is stage running right now?

When the v1.69 tag is running in stage, it will be 5c31d1b, but currently 577f89e.

Partial dup of https://github.com/mozilla/fxa-content-server/issues/4158, which was just fixed in the content server today - the fix should go to prod next week. The auth mailer I think we may have had old dependencies, now that train-69 is out I'll re-check.
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
The email string is translated for Czech in train-69, which is now in prod. Closing as we have fixed both parts. The "Open Gmail" button fix should to go prod next week.
