User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:48.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/48.0
Build ID: 20160823121617
Steps to reproduce:
When I first send email to Gmail (I have my own email domain, GoDaddy provides the email server) I have NO issues. However, once a recipient responds, I can not reply (Re:) without getting a timeout error. I have tried the following:
1. Remove the Re:
2. Change the Re: to Fw:
3. Spent nearly 2 hrs with GoDaddy trying to track down; change passwords, check ports, etc; no fix resulted
4. Per #3, added a Sender Policy Framework (spf) record to my email
5. Installed and tried the beta version of Thunderbird.
Most all non-gmail emails will accept replies and forwards (I have found one other that did not work, cim3.org).
If I copy and paste the reply message to a new email, it works.
Actual results:
None of these worked. The error message on timeout is:
Send Message Error
Sending of the message failed.
The message could not be sent because the connection to Outgoing server (SMTP) smtpout.secureserver.net was lost in the middle of the transaction. Try again.
Expected results:
The email should have gone through without error.

Do you still see this with the latest 45.4.0?
And if you do, does the problem go away if you have Windows started in safe mode?
