130227 - Printing preferences allways uses letter formaat

When printing a message the printer preferences are allways initialised with
the paper format 
"letter". So with a german OS I allways need to modify this 
settings in order to avoid an error 
from the printer.
The paper format should be taken from the system preferences.

Reporter: please always include your build ID (available from Help:About
Mozilla, or from your window's title bar) when reporting.  In this case it would
be particularly helpful because bug 123554, which addresses your issue, was
recently fixed.

If you are using a Mozilla built before that fix was made (2002-02-19) please
get a newer one (0.9.9 or a nightly); I suspect you will find that your bug goes
away.  If so please mark the bug INVALID.

If your Mozilla does not predate 2002-02-19, please say so in a comment.  I am
