Details

Due to a flood of questions on SUMO, we had to create an alert with a link to this article: https://support.mozilla.org/kb/firefox-crashes-startup-symantec-norton-update However, we tried to linkify the article using both wiki and HTML markup, but it's still showing up as plain text. We'd like to linkify it so users can just click on the link to get to the article instead of copying and pasting.
sounds like we need dev time but we don't have dev resources so setting to P3
