It was working fine until sometime in the 0.9.9 cycle. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open the sidebar to any panel 2.Click and drag a URL or other text to the main window Actual Results: The selection does not get picked up for drag and drop Expected Results: The cursor should become and arrow/gray box cursor and the item selected should be dragged to where it can be dropped and open, e.g. the main window, the URL bar, etc.
