13034 - viewer missing status bar and bottom 4px of document

DESCRIPTION:  In viewer (on Linux, anyway, perhaps only Linux), the status bar
and the bottom 4 pixels of the document are no longer shown.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:  Load testcase (to be attached).  Test once with a large
window so there is no scrollbar.  Test again with a smaller window that causes a
vertical scrollbar (and you must scroll to the bottom to see the 4px missing).

ACTUAL RESULTS:  There is no statusbar in viewer and the bottom 4 pixels of the
document are cut off.  The document has a 6px wide green border around all
edges, but it looks like two pixels on the bottom.

EXPECTED RESULTS:  Statusbar in viewer shows up, as always.  Also, the full six
pixel bottom border should show up.

DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY ON:
 * Linux, viewer, 1999-08-20-13-M10
 * Linux, viewer, 1999-08-30-01-M10

WORKS CORRECTLY ON:
 * Linux, viewer, 1999-08-16-08-M9 and earlier
 * Linux, apprunner, 1999-08-30-01-M10 (well, mostly... I'll file one bug.)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

I imagine the amount of material being cut off might be particular to my
configuration, window manager, selected theme, etc., etc.

I think a pixel or two are being chopped off at the top, too.

I just tried the attatchment and it looks fine on both viewer and apprunner.

Verified fixed.  It was fixed sometime between the builds of 1999-08-30-01-M10
and 1999-09-03-11-M11.
