Using 0.9.9 release, 2002031005 on OS X.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to any Slashdot article page, such as the link in the URL field.
2. Begin to post a reply (click one of the many "Reply to This" links)
3. Summon the handy dandy new Page Info window with "Cmd-I".
4. Click "Forms"
5. Observe the Amazing Jumping Table.

What should happen: The table should stay one size, not continually resize
itself. It should also have a scroll bar when the contents are larger than the
viewable area of the bottom table.
