¡Hola!

Not sure why, but mozillanativo.org is down.
On the plesk panel[0] I can read 'Suspended' in front of the domain name.

I decided to update the generic 503 error page, so now it says we're "doing technical updates", but I actually don't know what's going on.

May be this is related to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1287248 ?

The site was suspended because its software has not been keep up-to-date. Once you update Wordpress and its plugins, let me know and I'll re-activate it.

Performing manual upgrade right now.
I belive there is something wrong with file permissions, or may be my account doesn't have enough privileges.

Tanner, is there a way I can get ssh access?

BTW.

Upgrade 'completed'. There are some files left I can't replace nor change permissions via FTP.
Can we get the domain active again, and try Wordpress re-installation using wp-admin?

You can't have SSH access.

CCing Yousef who may be able to step in to check progress on this if Tanner can't. I don't know recall where the deactivation came from (other than a security related investigation)

I apologize for the delay. I've reactivated the site, you should be able to change permissions again. Please don't use 777.

Something is still wrong. In fact, it's worse.

Now the hosting account is reactivated, but every file just returns 403 - forbidden.
There is also a weird mix of user:group permissions.

I'll try to get this online today; so much days offline.

Someway I got ssh access. It is a pain (the shell session is really limited), but I managed to get the site working again.

Need help on the following:

As my ssh user has no super user access, I can't `chgrp apache /wp-content`, etcetera.
Could you please help with this? That way we'll be using optimal file permissions, I think.
