As follow up to bug 1297449, the css file application in the event summary dialog needs to be cleaned up. There's a dead link pointing to chrome://calendar/skin/common/dialogs/calendar-event-dialog.css, which must be in fact chrome://calendar-common/skin/dialogs/calendar-event-dialog.css With that change applied, some of the rules would need to be modified, too, as they produce not wanted changes. Also, maybe it's a good idea to move some summary dialog specific rules to a separate file for that dialog only. The rules introduced in calendar-attendees.css with that bug, which are not related to the attendee box should be moved to somewhere else, too.

This is already part of the the patch for bug 1273500, so I'm making this a duplicate.
