STR:
1. Go to any page with video tag, like youtube.  
2. Play that video in full screen.
3. Rotate your phone to landscape or portrait. 

Expected behavior: 
video tag should be rotated smoothy without any white area.

Actual behavior:
You can see the white area during rotation. 
 
I am using my HTC M9+ with nightly 51.01a (2016-09-18).
