Persona Test User is a service that provides test user accounts for use in automation. Once Persona is shutdown there will no longer be a need for this service.

This shutdown is clear to proceed at any time; :jrgm I have a vague recollection that you're the one who wrangles this service, is that still the case?

personatestuser.org currently resolves to an ec2 instance ec2-23-21-143-248.compute-1.amazonaws.com

and doesn't respond. If this service is down we should remove the DNS records so that someone else can't takeover the domain.

I talked to :jrgm over IRC and he's going to take this ticket, confirm that all resources related to this site are torn down and remove the DNS.
