Report the number of people each month who have filed their Nth bug in that month. Report for all versions and pre-release versions only.

Use the example of a windowing query function Mauro gave to get Nth bug. Remember you'll need to sample over a longer period than you report over to get the Nth bug data to settle out.

Emma, I forked on of those queries [1] and made some changes. There's a list of changes in the description and a couple of comments in the sql code. Your code looks ok to me (other than the final sorting by alphabetical order), my changes mostly simplify the code and improve readability/maintainability.
