Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://mozillians-dev.allizom.org/en-US/functional-areas/
2. Press to 'Select Language' dropdown menu at the bottom of the page


Actual results:

'Hebrew' is NOT on the list of available languages

'Hebrew' is on the list of available languages

The language chooser can choose between languages that the site has been translated to. Sadly, Hebrew translation for Mozillians have never been completed. You are welcome to help us on https://pontoon.mozilla.org/he/mozillians/.
