Those are new update test failures on mozilla-central since today on Windows only. The problematic line here is: https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/560b2c805bf7bebeb3ceebc495a81b2aa4c0c755/testing/firefox-ui/harness/firefox_ui_harness/testcases.py#269 We do not get the downloading pane but an error when trying to download the complete mar file via the old update wizard.
