Drop down buttons in the Inspector panel display a little triangle indicating that there is a drop-down menu associated.

Color of the icon is gray and it should be black (since gray is usually used for disabled things).

Examples of the buttons:
- All tabs menu (side bar)
- Select an iframe command button

In ESR 45, drop down icon is black. In new debugger, it is "・・・". How about this?
