In all open/save dialogs (also MailNews) the higher directory is not available.
The only chance to go there is to enter .. as filename.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load any site
2. Right-click on it
3. Select "Save Page As..."
Actual Results: All directories and files are shown, but not the higher directory.
Expected Results: The higher directory should be displayed, too.
Yes, they are. So this is not a bug, but a feature? I think it is in conflict
with all known UI standards.
