When Mozilla browser is open, the CPUs run at 99%. When Mozilla is not being used, it runs at 20%. All I get is a spiny wheel. EVERYTHING goes into slow motion

Steps to reproduce:
This started after I downloaded the latest Windows 10 update
Actual results:
Mozilla browser is in sssllloowww mmmoootttiiiooonnn.
Expected results:
The bug is in the browser or the bug attacks the browser.
Did you update your graphics driver too after the Win 10 update?
Type about:support in the location bar and copy the section "graphics".

It may also be useful check taskmgr for how much CPU is being used by Firefox, and other tasks.
