Recently, when I see videos online, they end up looping just the first ~second (or some random fraction of a second) over and over. The audio tends to play just fine, but the video gets blocked & keeps stuttering the first small chunk over and over again.
I've seen this ~daily for at least a few weeks. I haven't filed yet because I don't have concrete STR; but I've seen it at Twitter and YouTube and I believe some other video-streaming sites, so I think it's a general problem for video.
I'm attaching a screencast of this happening just now at Twitter for https://twitter.com/StephenAtHome/status/780525777590845440 (there's an overlay that says "GIF" but it's not really a GIF -- it's https://pbs.twimg.com/tweet_video/CtT7y45WcAAFugi.mp4 )

I'm using the latest Firefox Nightly 52.0a1 (2016-09-26) (64-bit) on Linux.
I've got e10s disabled, though I might have reproduced this once in a fresh profile with e10s enabled (can't quite remember).
