Details

Each time I install a new version a mozilla, I need to carefulling run my own
scripts to save and restore the content of the the pluggin directory because
mozilla rease the complete root installation directory when a previous version
exists.

It is really painfull.
just move you plugins directory to your profile directory. It's supported now.

This is nice when you do local installation, not server/multiple user install.
Anyway thanks for the suggestion.
