Look at the bottom of https://secure.pub.build.mozilla.org/builddata/reports/reportor/daily/highscores/highscores.html Many of them have few or no jobs at all, and few or no hours at all. But if you click on them, you can see there are try pushes, and if you click on those, you find that those try pushes do have jobs.... all on taskcluster.
