1305862 - Loaning a t-w732-ix- gives 0 byte wget.exe ??

Bug 1305613 loaned t-w732-ix-067 to Bryce/SingingTree, but he reported on IRC that c:\mozilla-build\wget\wget.exe was 0 bytes in size. It's 252KB on a production machine.

The rest of the tooling that I tried was working fine, and all the wget files appeared to be present, but the exe was empty. Reinstalling mozilla-build 1.6.1 resolved the issue. Screenshot attached.

Did some investigations and checked more machines that were loaned but for all the size of wget was 252KB, also made a test and loaned a  w732 machine and the wget still have this size so I think this was an isolated scenario and we don't know the cause for it,but for certain it wasn't the loan process and we shouldn't get this in future.
