Currently gaia-taskcluster handles scheduling github jobs for bmo. Work needs to be done to convert those jobs to have routes that allow the task to be reported to treeherder. This includes having the base user, branch, and top level revision in the route used by taskcluster-treeherder. However, this bug is so that taskcluster-treeherder knows how to parse a route that contains that information into a meaningful message to treeherder
tc-gh does not need to report to TH. TH is now aware of github pushes and will create result sets based on that.
