Nit: embedding/components/printingui/win/nsPrintingPromptService.cpp refers to this interface in a comment, so it would be good to update that comment as well:

Note that I'm moving this file over in bug 1309049. But it's fine (better, even, because fewer files to move) to remove it here first.
