1306381 - Retain previous user participation data for long term analysis

We are asking users to give us opinions on various aspects of Firefox. It would be really valuable to be able to look at 1, 3, 6 months and beyond to see how that impacts retention and other metrics.

The same can be said for Shield Studies. If we were able to ask users from the nglayout study if they wanted to keep the "speedy" setting at the end of the study, we could see if that has long term impacts on retention, satisfaction, etc.

We're also investing heavily in add-on promotion this year based on the (yet to be proven) theory that customization leads to increased retention. If we could follow users from CFR or the site enhance study for a longer period of time, we could gain critical insights into this area of interest.
