One problem with the regression bug dashboard at the moment is that we don't have an easy way to see new bugs added to it since the last visit. Per discussion with Mauro, there are a couple different situations we'd care to know about:
* New regression bug is filed since the last time we looked at the dashboard.
* Already-filed bug gets the regression keyword added to it (or removed) and is now being tracked.
* Regression bug has its version field or status flags changed, potentially impacting affected versions (and therefore changing the answer to the "How long did this go unnoticed?" question).
I think something as simple as a table sorted by this newly-added timestamp would suffice here, no need to engineer something more complicated. The main question is how we can track metadata changes over time.

Assuming the regression dashboard itself is still a useful thing, yes. I don't have a clear answer on that, though :(
