(This bug is likely a dupe of a reported issue.) When you click on an individual job and the job details pane opens at the bottom of the screen, it appears to be initially disabled until data is loaded. This normally occurs within a few hundred milliseconds - fast enough that you can't tell the pane is read only for a short while. But in the last few weeks, I've frequently been having panes that are read only indefinitely. Furthermore, clicking on different jobs continues to show a read only panel. The only way I can get an interactive job panel is to reload the page. This bug is very frustrating to me, as it seems to occur randomly and each time it disrupts my flow.
