Searching builds-4hr for jobs using the legacy revision format found:

Treeherder would like to soon drop support for 12 character SHAs, so it would be helpful if PGO builds were switched to them.

Well actually, there are Android builds on mozilla-beta/release which that will fix. Looking in the buildbot_schedulers.changes table, there are some pgo builds which were started with self-serve using 12 char revisions. So I think this is likely to be fixed by bug 1313274.
