Bad RAM, disabled.
According to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1292656#c6, we can reduce the amount of t-snow-r4 machines to 10 since Firefox 49 is already out, so we could include this one in the list of to-be-decommed machines. 

On the other hand, I'm not sure of the future use for this machine (thinking that a bad RAM could be an issue). That being said, is it worth filing a bug to DCOps for replacing the RAM?

If we're decomming more, we'll just make this one of them. It's not worth fixing anything on machines we decomm.
