shows 1 pixel less spacing to left of "Delete" and "Archive" (every third button from right of window)
At the top of the message pane, there are buttons for reply, forward, etc. There is 3 pixels of space between most of these buttons, but there's only 2 pixels of space to the left of every third button from the right of the window. See screen capture. The result is the same no matter how the buttons are arranged.

This happens because there are em used instead of px. On Linux for me the 0.1em are 1.333px on both sides of the button. This can lead to rounding errors. With the defined px where are no more rounding errors. The same is on OS X. Windows is already using px.
