I haven't (yet) seen this happen while clicking the Save all button, but when you type 's' to save, quite often the job isn't marked as classified and doesn't disappear from the &filter-classifiedState=unclassified view until the next refresh.
Does look to be specific to saving with 's' - I can hit it about 1 in 5 times that way, and haven't hit it yet in 50 or so clicks of the Save all button.
