130700 - Subdirectory field is duplicated to other subdir field below in dialog

using 3/13 trunk build

1) launch netscape
2) launch composer
3) enter text
4) File | Publish
5) give it valid publish URL, title, filename, username, passwd, etc.
6) in the "Subdirectory for this page" pulldown field, enter: "TEST"
7) click Publish

confirm publish

8) File | Publish As

look at the field below "Use this subdirectory" under the Include images and
other files checkbox. This field also has: "TEST"

That field should be blank cause you never entered anything or selected
that radio option/button.

As designed. Each menulist is simple a history of all the directories in the
site that the user has published to, whether it's the html page or an image. 
It doesn't matter if you are selecting one for the page or images, all 
subdirectories should be shown.
